DAE distributes books, merchandise, and digital products through multiple third-party platforms and print-on-demand networks. Delivery times, processing periods, and shipping methods vary according to each platform, product type, and destination country.

2. Processing and Fulfilment

For products sold directly on the DAE website, the estimated production and delivery time will be clearly indicated on the respective sales or campaign page. For items fulfilled through partner platforms (e.g., Amazon, Lulu, Etsy, print-on-demand networks or crowdfunding campaigns), customers are advised to refer to the platform’s stated fulfillment policies

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads (e.g., e-books, journals, and digital packs) are delivered automatically via email or direct download after purchase confirmation. No physical shipping applies.

4. International Orders

Global distribution is handled by our network of partners. Delivery timelines, tracking options, and courier methods differ by region. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

5. Campaign and Pre-Order Fulfilment

Items purchased through crowdfunding or pre-order campaigns are fulfilled according to each campaign’s stated delivery timeline. DAE will provide updates via campaign platforms or email newsletters whenever production or shipment stages are completed.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

DAE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond its control. However, DAE will assist customers in tracking or resolving lost or delayed shipments where possible.
