How Preorders and Delivery Work
These are small-batch, independently produced fine-art editions.
To keep everything fair and transparent, we use a two-path delivery model.
Option A — Early Batch Delivery
You receive your edition as soon as it is printed, ahead of the main launch batch.
- Each art style (Line Art, Sepia, Oil, Ormsby) is tracked separately.
- When a particular edition reaches 1,000 preorders, that edition is greenlit for an early print run.
- If you choose Early Batch, your copy ships in that early run.
This is ideal if you:
- want your book as soon as possible,
- are supporting the project early, or
- are buying as a special gift or collector’s piece.
Option B — Launch Batch Delivery
If you prefer to wait for the main campaign launch, or if your edition has not yet reached 1,000 preorders:
- Your copy will be printed in the Launch Batch,
- The launch campaign window is typically around 60 days,
- Printing and shipping follow after the campaign closes.
This helps us:
- consolidate printing,
- secure better courier rates, and
- keep the editions financially sustainable without compromising quality.
About Courier Fees
We do not add courier fees at checkout, because international shipping rates vary by:
- country and region,
- weight of your chosen edition(s), and
- whether you’re in an early batch or launch batch.
Instead:
Your courier fee will be calculated and invoiced when your edition is ready to ship.
This way, you pay the actual batch-rate courier cost at that time, not an inflated estimate.
We will always aim to:
- consolidate shipments,
- place your order into the most cost-effective batch available for your region, and
- clearly email you the shipping amount and dispatch window before your book leaves us.
