Refund & Returns Policy

Entity: Digital Assets Ecommerce Pte Ltd (“DAE”)
1. General Policy
DAE’s books, merchandise, and digital products are often made to order or fulfilled by third-party platforms. As such, refunds and cancellations are not generally possible once an order has entered production or a digital download link has been issued.
2. Platform-Specific Policies
Orders placed through external platforms (e.g., Amazon, Lulu, Etsy, crowdfunding sites, print-on-demand vendors, or online marketplaces) are subject to those platforms’ refund and return policies. Please refer to the specific platform’s terms for applicable conditions.
3. Physical Products
Refunds or replacements may be issued if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The buyer contacts DAE within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
All replacement decisions are subject to verification with the relevant fulfillment partner.
4. Digital Products
All digital sales are final. Refunds are not possible for digital products once the content or link has been accessed
5. Campaign and Crowdfunded Products
Refunds for pre-order or crowdfunding rewards follow the terms of the campaign platform used (e.g., Kickstarter, Indiegogo). DAE cannot override the refund structure set by those platforms.
